On the program: gala dinners, tastings, and masterclasses led by Michelin-starred chefs from France and the Caribbean. The event runs across multiple venues rather than a single site — the detailed lineup (locations, chefs, menus) is usually announced by the organizers a few weeks ahead.
It's a ticketed event: prices start from €150 depending on the dinner or workshop.
