Opened in 1949 by Marius Stakelborough, Le Select is the oldest bar on St. Barth. Jimmy Buffett wrote 'Cheeseburger in Paradise' here in the 1970s. Under the flame trees, expats, sailors and celebrities gather over an ice-cold Carib beer.
